Get fit and stay fit, the easy AND sustainable way.

Personalized coaching & accountability for a healthier, happier body.

Forget the words “diet” or “fitness plan”

Let’s face it – with work, family, friends and travel, staying healthy is difficult. Most diets and fitness plans are too inflexible for real life’s ups and downs.

I help busy people like you to take control of their nutrition and fitness – no matter what life throws at you. Ditch the all-or-nothing mindset and let’s find what works for you.

Stop setting goals.
Get a system instead.

You’re a high-achiever and you set high goals for yourself. But when obstacles such as work, family, vacation or social dinners arise, goals often fail.

A better way to achieve your goals is building personalized systems – processes and habits that lead to success over time.

Consistency is the key to success.

Life is dynamic, and so should your approach to health be. While goals can provide direction, the real magic happens when you have a system in place that works for you week after week, regardless of your schedule or whatever life throws at you.

Why it works.

Standard diets and training plans are very rigid – but your life is dynamic. Once you fall off the wagon, you feel like you failed. You tell yourself to start again when the time is right. But that perfect moment rarely comes. And if it does it often doesn’t last long.

Let go of your all-or nothing thinking and change to a flexible mindset. This allows you to enjoy delicious food without guilt and see more opportunities to stay active. Plus, you’ll be less stressed and happier along the way.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I need a coach?

Often, our common sense and willpower do not work as well as we’d like them to, especially when emotions are in control. That’s where a coach helps you to think clearly and helps you stay on track. A coach who understands your situation, supports you in various circumstances and holds you accountable week after week is priceless.

Is this a replacement for weekly fitness training?

Most people train 2 or 3 times per week in average, but the most support they need is always outside of the gym – the other 23 hours of the day when they’re not taking care of their body physically! This is why I developed this coaching program – to help my clients even when I was not seeing them in person. The systems-based coaching program works well with or without a fitness training schedule.

What's the difference to a dietician or a nutritionist?

If you have a medical condition it is recommended that you work with a doctor or a dietician. Throughout my 20+ years, I’ve seen that most people who struggle with their fitness goals don’t have a medical condition, and that they know what they should be doing – cutting down on sugar and alcohol, eating more whole foods, reduce stress, move more and move better. The execution and consistency is the hard part, and this is where I help you.

What’s the difference between goals and systems?

  • Goals can be too ambitious and broad, making them hard to implement day-to-day. Systems break progress down into defined daily and weekly habits.
  • Goals rely heavily on motivation and willpower, which inevitably fluctuate. Systems create routines that sustain progress regardless of motivation levels.
  • Goals focus on desired endpoints. Systems emphasize the process and journey.
  • Goals can lead to black & white thinking: success or failure. Systems are about progress through gradual improvements.
  • Goals provide a destination but lack a map. Systems give you the step-by-step roadmap.

Will I still be allowed to drink beer and eat pizza?

If you are asking yourself this question then you already know that it’s not good for you. Our job is not to tell you what you shouldn’t do. We’re simply here to help you remind yourself of that and come up with a strategy to balance your indulgences with healthier habits.

Do I have to count calories or nutrients?

A human-centered approach does not rely on tracking calories or macros. Here’s why:

  • Counting calories is not natural – your body is not a car that works on gas in, gas out.
  • It misses how food quality impacts health beyond just calories.

Rather than meticulous measurement, we’ll take a common sense approach. You’ll build awareness and learn to indulge smarter without overdoing it.

What do you mean by "common-sense approach"?

You don’t need a scientist or a nutritionist to tell you that you should eat less processed stuff but more whole foods instead. This is common sense – you know what’s good for you. The hard part is to do it – and that’s where I help you.
