Because of my background in Medical Trainingtherapy, nutrition, Yoga, CrossFit, Pilates, Kettlebell, rehabilitation, athletic performance and experience with younger as well as older people, SHIFT Personal Trainer Zürich can offer not just conventional fitness training but comprehensive health coaching.
